Description
Moslah Temple Shrine potentates--past, present and future--hobnobbed Wednesday at a get-together luncheon at the Blackstone Hotel preceding the fall initiation ceremonial at Moslah Temple Wednesday night. Three of them are pictured here. From left to right, W. Steve Cooke, 1921, senior potentate present, Champ Clark, present potentate, and Melvin Miller, chief rabban who becomes potentate in January. All men are wearing suits and ties and fezzes. They are sitting at a dining table with tableware, glassware and tablecloth. Mr. Cooke is offering a bit of saga advice to Mr. Clark and Mr. Miller. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 2, 1944.
