Most worthy grand matron of the General Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star (OES) Mrs. Mamie Lander of Orlando, Florida, is shown standing against a bare wall with an unidentified woman. Mrs. Lander described her adopted project of raising and administering a fund for the rehabilitation of war-stricken children when she spoke to Grand Chapter of Texas representatives Wednesday night in the First Baptist Auditorium.
