Major Harris L. Denton, lightning and thunderbolt pilot, admits that he participated in 288 combat missions and piled up over 700 combat hours during his 26 months in the Southwest Pacific. The 28 year old flier was a Friday visitor at the home of his uncle and aunt , Dr. and Mrs. Earl Harris. In the picture you can see him standing in front of a wall with his uniform.
