Description
Lee F. Phillips, 70, worked five years over the retirement age. Phillips began as a switch-man for the T &P railroad on Jan of 11906. Later he became a brakeman and for the past several years has served as an engine foreman. He can be seen sitting down in a chair next to a table looking at his newspaper and changing the radio station on his radio.
