    Description

    Governor Stevenson may get the Texas Regulars' electoral votes for vice president if the Regulars carry the general election and find they hold the balance of power in the electoral college voting for president and vice- president. Mrs. F. R. Carlton of Dallas, co- chairman of the party's Dallas County organization and elector nominee, at the microphone, and J. Hart Willis of Dallas, at her left side sitting down. Mrs. Carlton appears to be wearing a black dress, a long black coat, white gloves, a pearl necklace, eyeglasses, and a hat. Mr. Willis appears to be wearing a suit, a patterned tie, and a white collared shirt.
