Hook, made it plain Sunday that it is important objective of the CED committee, which is of nationwide scope to help small business as well as business of major magnitude. Mr. Hook appears looking through a window, he is wearing a suit, a collared shirt, a tie and eyeglasses; he has a cigarette on his left hand.
