    Description

Frank Braden, assistant national Boy Scout director of programs, said that the Scouts, always having quantity, are now striving to build a program of quality. The official said the scout movement was at its greatest peak in the history of the organization with membership totaling 1,700,000 in the United States. Mr. Braden is seen to be wearing a Suit and Tie. A photo frame of a soldier and a statue can be seen above the filing cabinets in the background.
