Mrs. L. K. Weaver, of Dallas, Texas, and the National Woman's Relief Corps, presenting Clay Berry, of the Fort Worth Blood Donor Service, with an 11 passenger bus. They are standing in front of the car which has a medical symbol painted on the door as well as the words: "Donated By Woman's Relief Corps. Auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic." Mrs. Weaver is wearing a hat, blazer, and a skirt. Mr. Berry is dressed in a sport coat, necktie and trousers. There is a gas station in the background.
