Description
Miss Olive Peak is holding the Confederate sword of Doctor (Dr.) Carroll M. Peak. She has given it to Lieutenant (Lt.) Howard W. Peak III. Miss Peak is standing in front of a fireplace with an ornate iron screen. On the mantel are two vases, symmetrically placed, with miniature American flags. In the center is a metal keepsake box. Above the mantel is an ornate framed portrait of Dr. Peak, as well as, oval framed portraits on either side. Beside the fireplace, are built in book shelves displaying books and two busts. Miss Peak is wearing a patterned dress, cinched at the waist. She has on a neck choker with a designed piece in the front. Her hair is pulled up in a high bun.
