    Description

    Among the participants in the pageant at the "family party" of Swift & Company were the Vaden family and John Holmes, of Chicago, Illinois, president of the company. Ida Sue Vaden, the young daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vaden, is offering popcorn to Mr. Holmes. Ida Sue is wearing a dress and a bow in her hair. Mr. Holmes is dressed in a dark colored suit. Mrs. R. G. Vaden, R. G. Vaden and their young son, Ray Merle, look on. Mrs. Vaden is wearing a polka-dot dress and is holding a piece of paper. Mr. Vaden is wearing collared shirt, necktie, and trousers. He is holding Ray Merle, who is dressed in a hat with stars and overalls.
