West Texas horsemanship is seen at Abilene's nine-day West Texas Fair. Dot Botkin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Botkin, Abilene, Texas, on her Palomino, "Skylark." She is wearing a western outfit with her cow girl hat on. Her horse has an elaborate saddle. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, September 3, 1944.
