La Juan Gilmore is a stewardess for Delta Airways. When not accumulating their maximum 110 working hours a month, the stewardesses enjoy their leisure in Fort Worth, Texas. They bowl, swim, skate, ride horseback, golf, bicycle, croquet, sun-bathe, and give barbecues. Miss Gilmore is visiting the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. She is dressed in her stewardess uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 26, 1940.
