Aviation radioman second class Howard Green, is visiting his father, John R. Green, after 16 months in the pacific. He is shown standing against a bare wall, facing front and smiling for the camera. He is wearing uniform. He graduated at Lubbock High in 1942 and entered service that year. He will report to Alameda, California, August 3o for reassignment. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, August 16, 1944.
