Mrs. Sally B. Smith, celebrated her 81st birthday with a family reunion at the home of her daughter Mrs. H.B. Green. Mrs. Smith is the widow of Reverend John Harvey Smith, a Baptist preacher. She was born in Tennessee, moved to Parker County at 12 years old, and has been a resident of Fort Worth for the last 25 years. Mrs. Smith wears a button down dress, and is sitting on a chair. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 14, 1944.
