These city champions will enter the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation Tennis Tournament in Houston, Texas. They are, left to right, Jerry Mebus, Clarence Dyer and Betty Heard. Mr. Mebus competes in men's doubles. He is wearing a striped t-shirt and trousers. Mr. Dyer also competes in men's doubles. He is dressed in a suit without the blazer. Miss Heard, women's doubles, is wearing a dress with ruffles around the neck and waist.
