Boy Scout Leaders. Left to right, Carl Manning and Ray Matoy, have assumed duties as fields executives with the Boy Scouts. Manning, a graduate of Oklahoma A&M, received his master's degree from the University of Oklahoma . He came here from McMan, Oklahoma, where he was school principal. He has been in volunteer scout work three years, and has recently completed the National Training School for Boy Scout Executives. He and his wife have one son, Michael, aged 3. Mr. Matoy, formerly the assistant scout executive at Stillwater, Oklahoma, served as an infantry captain for two years. He is a graduate of Oklahoma A&M and also is a graduate of the scout training school. He and Mrs. Matoy have a 6-week-old son, Robert. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition September 9, 1944.
