Myrta Sue is sitting on the other edge of the chair with an arm around her mother. She is wearing a dress with a lace bodice and frilled edges. All three dresses have fitted waists and gathered skirts. There is a lamp and windows behind them, Venetian blinds are on both windows. Underneath one of the windows there is a bookcase."Mrs. Archer Wayman and her daughters, Carol Wayman, the elder, and Myrta Sue Wayman are making their home with her mother Mrs. W. R. Thompson and Dr. Thompson while Colonel Wyman is in England."
