United States Army Air Forces(AAF) Captain Harold K. Johnson, is home from 29 combat missions over Europe. He had his first visit with his daughter, Georganne, 7 months old, shown with his wife, whom he had not seen in 13 months. Mrs. Johnson is seated on a chair holding her daughter while Captain Johnson sits on the arm rest, happily looking at his daughter. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 22, 1944.
