Description

Members of the Fort Worth Teen Canteen are studying to become nurse's aides with the American Red Cross. The volunteer instructor Mrs. Martin Hart is showing her students how to record patient information chart on a large chalkboard. The students, left to right are Hope Harris, Joyce Davis, and Veda Sue Donley. Mrs. Hart is wearing a nurse's uniform. Hope is wearing a floral dress. Joyce is wearing a light color eyelet dress. Veda is wearing a stripe, button-up dress. Classes are held at the Tarrant County Health Center. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 20, 1944.
