The Committee for American-Mexican Unity is awarding a diploma of honor and membership to three Mexican visitors. Pictured left to right are First Lieutenant Carlos Basabe Junior, First Lieutenant Colsa Petitpain, Jack Danciger, Efrain G. Dominguez, and J. P. Putegnat. Mr. Danciger is the honorary consul here for Mexico and Mr. Dominguez is the assistant consul.
