    Description

    Mrs. Mary Estill McCorkle, pioneer Johnson County resident who died July 5, 1944 in Dallas. Shown is a portrait photograph of Mrs. McCorkle wearing a dark dress, hair in updo and wearing eyeglasses. She is survived by daughters, Mrs. H. C. Eberhardt of Fort Worth, Mrs. H. A. Long of Hollywood, California, Mrs. Frank Baldwin of Nixon, Misses Nelle and Frances McCorkle, both of Dallas, and two sons, George and Fred McCorkle, both of Cleburne. Service will be on July 7 at the Cleburne First Presbyterian Church and burial will be in Cleburne. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 6, 1944.
