Description
McCloskey General Hospital is receiving donations of lawn furniture through a fundraiser conducted by the Fort Worth Moslah Shrine Temple. Pictured on the hospital grounds in Temple, Texas are Lieutenant (Lt.) W. T. Kipp and his children, Karol and Carlton. Lieutenant (Lt.) Kipp is a military veteran and patient at the hospital. He is dressed in his military uniform. Karol, six, is wearing a dress tied with a bow in the back. Carlton, three, is wearing a white outfit. The brick hospital buildings are in the background. The lawn is dry from the summer heat. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 14, 1944.
