Painting in $15,000 on the Castleberry community Fifth War Loan thermometer is Frank Fortman. Castleberry citizens expect the thermometer to register $40,000 after the Friday night rally. Mr. Fortman is a volunteer Castleberry bond salesman. He is standing on a ladder with a paintbrush raised in his right hand. Mr. Fortman is wearing a short-sleeve dress shirt and trousers.
