    J. D. Perry is a former retail and wholesale grocer in Abilene, Texas. He will assume his new duties as district food price specialist for the local Office of Price Administration (O. P. A.). He is succeeding Frank C. Tomlinson. Mr. Perry moved to Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife. They have two sons serving in the military. Mr. Perry is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a dark suit and eyeglasses.
