The Women's Division of the Fifth War Loan is holding a meeting at the Blackstone Hotel. In attendance, left to right, are Mrs. Willard R. Bell, Colonel Ora J. Cohee, and Mrs. Charles R. Tate. Mrs. Bell is the chairman of the Junior Woman's Club. She is wearing a hat, a blouse with a scroll design, and a skirt with buttons along the front. Colonel Cohee is a chaplain in the United States Army. He has served in both World War I and World War II. He is dressed in a military uniform. Mrs. Tate is the Junior Woman's Club president. She is wearing a hat, eyelet button-up dress, and a corsage.
