The Hereford Breeders Association is holding their annual directors meeting at the Flat Top Ranch near Walnut Springs, Texas. Sitting under a tree and eating barbecue, left to right, are Jack Frost and Doctor W. J. Jinkins. Mr. Frost, of Dallas, Texas, is dressed in a cowboy hat, collared shirt, necktie, vest, and trousers. Dr. Jinkins, of Galveston, Texas, is wearing a hat, dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. The men each have a tray of food on their lap, and Mr. Frost is holding a bottled beverage in his right hand.
