Description
A stylish little girl's suit, made from two discarded women's garments, was found Monday night by Arthurene Blanton, 8, one of the thousands to visit Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum at the open house program of the professional and service division of the works Projects Administration. Arthurene is shown modeling the cape for her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Blanton. Mr. Blanton is wearing a hat and dark suit. Mrs. Blanton is wearing a light dress. Arthurene is wearing a dark dress under a medium colored cape. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 21, 1940.
