Technical Sergeant Roy L. Fielder is a former resident of the Lena Pope Home in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a member of the 8th Army Air Force, completing more than 30 missions over Europe. Sergeant Field is a radio operator-gunner on a B-24 Liberator. He was recently awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal. He is is shown in his military portrait photograph, dressed in his military uniform.
