A picture for a new father, the wife and baby daughter of Lieutenant Colonel V. E. Staley, combat engineer who probably was active in the invasion from England. In the picture, the wife is laying on bed and holding a baby in her arm while she is holding and looking at her husband picture in military uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 11, 1944.
