The Advertising Club inaugurated the Fifth War Loan Drive when Jack Hall, President, purchased a $500 bond from J. B.buying bond form J. B. Thomas , co-chairman of the Fort Worth 59-county regional finance committee. Present for the event were left to right, Mr. Hall, J. Lewell Lafferty, Tarrant County War Finance chairman, Louis R. Cook, club chairman, and Mr. Thomas. Mr. Hall is holding what appears to be a wallet. Mr. Thomas is holding the bond. The other two men look on at the exchange.
