Mrs. Claude Searcy is doing her part in the salvage drive. Having completed her spring cleaning, she is handing a bag of rags to Lieutenant J. W. Powell at the Fire Station. Mrs. Searcy is wearing a dark colored dress. Lieutenant Powell is dressed in a hat, button-up shirt, and trousers. There is a "Rag Collection Spot" sign in the ground under a tree. Rags are piled next to the sign.
