Description
The Texas Motor Transportation Association is holding their three-day convention at the Blackstone Hotel. Ray Tucker, a columnist from Washington, D. C., attended the convention. He is shown speaking at the podium. Mr. Tucker is dressed in a suit with a handkerchief in the pocket. There is an American flag hanging on the wall behind him. An unidentified man (far right) is seated near the podium.
