    Description

Miss Margaret (Peggy) Harmon, none other than the "Pin-up Girl of Camp Howze", arrived at her station as an exhibit hostess for the State Restaurant Association convention at Hotel Texas. She is a North Side High graduate of 1936. She is now cashier for a local fixture concern. Camp Howze soldiers chose her photograph as their official "pin-up" in a contest. In this picture, she is wearing a suit dress that is buttoned at the waist. She has on a blouse that ties into a bow, at her neck. On Peggy's lapel is a name tag and rose boutonniere. She is wearing open-toe shoes with straps across the ankles. Peggy is posing in front of a double-door refrigerator; the doors are open. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, May 11, 1944.
