National Restaurant Association. George LeSauvage, left, of New York, New York, president of National Restaurant Association, and C. A. McAden of Austin, Texas, state president. "Admiral" George LeSauvage is outfitted in a Texas sombrero and pearl-handled six-shooter. He has his left foot propped up on the step of a stage coach. He is pointing the six-shooter up and towards the coach. LeSauvage is wearing a three piece suit and dress shoes. State president, C. A. McAden, is in front of the stage coach, facing LeSauvage. He has on a fedora, pinstripe suit with pocket square. He is holding a handkerchief in his hand. The background is of buildings and onlookers.
