Description
Miss LuLu Parker, principal at Lily B. Clayton Elementary School, shown with Van Rathgeber Junior (Jr.) (foreground) and Earl Cox Junior (Jr.), two fifth grade captains in the paper salvage campaign at the school. They are stacking collections of waste paper in a storeroom. Miss Parker is wearing a blouse, skirt, and high heel shoes. The boys are standing on top of a pile of stacked paper and are wearing shirts and trousers. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 7, 1944.
