Kiwanis Club. G. A. Coxie Stark (left) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and J. R. Holley of Brownwood, Texas. The two men are standing in front of a wall that has three framed pictures of men hung up. Both men are wearing suits and have their hands behind their back. The club came together to urge congress of the use of the bill of rights and the constitution as "supreme law of the land".
