Board of education meeting. "For outstanding service as members of the Fort Worth Board of Education" read the scrolls presented to P. Floyd Maben Junior (center) and H. H. Morse (right) by school board president W. l. Stewart (left|| The three men are standing in front of two tall windows and a radiator. The window's blinds are closed. The trio all wear suits as Mr. Maben Junior and Mr. Morse hold the scrolls given to them by Mr. Stewart. The men appear to be all smiling and talking to one another.
