    Rag collection depot. Fire Marshal Claude I. Ligon (left) and Battalion Chief E. M. Tunnel looking at a mattress donated by H. B. Glenn to the drive. The two men are shown standing outside of a building, holding up the edges of the donated mattress. In front of the mattress, there's a small picket sign that reads, "Rag Collection Depot", along with a box of various sheets and fabrics close by. Mr. Ligon is wearing a suit, a pair of eyeglasses and a hat while Mr. Tunnel is in uniform.
