In attendance at the "Big Four" Railway Convention were left to right, W. H. Winchester, J. F. Slough, and W. H. Reed. Mr. Winchester of Austin, Texas, was re-elected as chairman and legislative representative. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Slough is from Fort Worth, Texas. He was named vice chairman. He is wearing a three piece suit. Mr. Reed, of Houston, Texas was named secretary treasurer. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit.
