Mrs. J. R. Manion is sitting in an office chair. She is wearing a two piece dress suit. The jacket has four buttons on either side in the front. Her blouse is collarless with a tied bow. She has on a name tag, eyeglasses, and a fascinator hat. She is looking towards Mrs. Milton and has a clutch purse in her lap, with her hands on top. Mrs. Mary Milton seated in a chair, facing Mrs. Manion. She is wearing a skirt and long sleeve polka dot blouse with v-neck. Under the v-neck is a round brooch. She has a name tag on her blouse. She is wearing eyeglasses, and a hat. Behind both women, is an office desk with lamp and telephone. There is a half wall behind the desk. There are people sitting towards the women. The heads of two railway brotherhood women's auxiliaries agreed Tuesday that it is up to women this year to "get out and vote."
