Corporal Duff E. Winbom Junior, back from two years in an anti-tank unit in the Aleutians, is visiting his wife, Mrs. Odessa Winbom who lives with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Wooten, 4130 E. First. He is also visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Winbom, 2816 W. Sixth. Winbom is a graduate of W. C. Stripling High School and was employed by the Hill Laundry and Dry Cleaning Company before entering the service in January 27, 1941. Photograph is of Winbom wearing his military uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 24, 1944.
