Garden Clubs Convention. Mrs. C. E. Beaver of Wichita Falls, Texas. Mrs. C.E. Beaver, state president of the Garden Club, is sitting down with her elbows on the arms of a chair. She has on a skirt, buttoned up blazer, with v-neckline, a large ruffled collar made of lace. Mrs. Beaver is wearing a veil hat, earrings and brooch at the neckline; behind her is a wainscoting wall. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, April 19, 1944.
