The first award issued through the Fort Worth, Texas Blood Donor Center to a firm for outstanding service is presented to I. C. Parker, president of Pangburn Corporation, right, by LeRoy Olmsted, Blood Donor Service chairman, left, Dick Noon, colonel of the Blood Donor recruiting committee, center, watches the exchange. The three men are standing and wearing suits. On the award is a picture of the American Red Cross flag. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 15, 1944.
