Sewer line tunnel. Jack Cornelius watching concrete pour out. Mr. Cornelius is shown knelt beside the wooden framework of an incomplete building. Under the wooden panels is the pipe the concrete pours out of. Mr. Cornelius is wearing some construction work wear and a hat. His arm is draped over one of the wooden beams.
