Description

W. H. Randall, left, inspector-in-charge of the lend lease division, and Hamilton Morton, regional director of the four-state procurement setup. Both men are sitting at a large desk. On the desk is a telephone, ashtray, matches, a pen in a pen holder, a stapler, a wired file basket, and stacks of paper. Mr. Randall, in a three piece suit and diamond pattern tie, wearing eyeglasses, has his right hand on a notepad with a writing pen between his fingers. He is looking at the paper Mr. Morton is holding. Mr. Morton, in a three piece suit and dotted pattern tie, wearing eyeglasses, is facing towards Mr. Randall. There is a small United States map on the wall, behind them. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, April 13, 1944.
