Army engineers from Camp Claiborne, Louisiana, setting up a combat zone petroleum distribution system. The engineers laying pipeline are, left to right, Corporal Richard Sheehan, of Brooklyn, New York, Private Harry Heaverick, of Delaware, Ohio, and Sergeant Kenneth Field, of Cleveland, Ohio. The three men are wearing work uniforms and kneeling next to the pipe. Corporal Sheehan and Sergeant Field are wearing helmets. Private Heaverick is wearing a bucket hat. There are trees and shrubs behind them.
