The tops are covered in a ruffled material. The bottoms are shorts with wide openings. The fabric has chevrons and stars on it. They are wearing tap shoes. Peggy O'Grady has on an anklet. Both girls are turned towards the right, with their heads facing forward. They are wearing bows in their hair and are holding their right hands up with their left hands at waist height. Peggy has her hand on Elaine's waist. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition April 13, 1944.
