Texas governor Coke Stevenson at the microphone declaring opening of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. Governor Stevenson is wearing a pinstripe, double-breasted suit with a flag pin on the lapel. He has his left hand in his jacket pocket and the other around the microphone stand. There is a crowd of people sitting around the governor.
