Tom G. Stitts of Washington, is the chief of the WFA's dairy and poultry branch. He was in Fort Worth, Texas for a war food conference. While in town, he was presented a Texas sombrero from Bryan Blalock, president of the Dairy Products Institute of Texas. In addition to the new hat, Mr. Stitts is wearing a suit.
