Description
R. H. Reed, driver of the automobile, and Lawrence McMillan, investigator from the Office of Price Administration (OPA) district office. Mr. McMillan is pointing to the gasoline ration book held by Mr. Reed. Both men are wearing suits and hats. Investigators were stopping motorists, cautioning them that all coupons must be endorsed on the face with the license number and state of the vehicle.
